Välkomna till firande av Hnoss Initiatives 25-års jubileum och ett seminarium. Under september återuppstår Galleri Hnoss i sin gamla lokal på Konstepidemin i Göteborg och visar en utställning med fyra internationella smyckekonstnärer.
De inbjudna konstnärerna deltar i seminariet som hålls på vernissagedagen. Medverkande är Ela Bauer, Jutta Kallfelz, Yutaka Minegishi och Edu Tarin.
Galleri Hnoss i Göteborg drevs av en grupp smyckekonstnärer mellan 1997- 2011. Under åren ställde de ut mer än hundra internationella smyckekonstnärer, arrangerade seminarier, residens och workshops. 2011 omformades gruppen till ett curatoriellt team, Hnoss Initiative, och har sedan dess arrangerat utställningar och event på olika platser och verkat för att skapa möten mellan internationella och svenska smyckekonstnärer.
Evenemanget arrangeras av Hnoss Initiative i samarbete med IASPIS och med stöd av Kulturrådet. Utställningen visas 2 – 25 september 2022, med vernissage den 2 september från17.00.

Hnoss Initiative 25 year Jubilee, seminar and exhibition
Welcome to the celebrating of 25th anneversary of Hnoss Gallery and a seminar. Now celebrating 25 years, Hnoss Gallery will reappear in the original venue at Konstepidemin, Gothenburg, with an exhibition showing international jewellery artists.
The seminar featuring the artists will be held on the opening day, as well as complementing events. Participating artists are Ela Bauer, Jutta Kallfelz, Yutaka Minegishi and Edu Tarin.
Hnoss Gallery opened in the autumn of 1997 and exhibited art jewellery from around the world, arranged seminars, residencies and workshops for 14 years. The gallery was situated in Göteborg and run by a group of jewellery artists, showing more than 100 international jewellery artists over the years. In 2011 the gallery was transformed into the curatorial group, Hnoss Initiative. The group continuously arrange exhibitions, seminars and events in collaboration with other galleries and art halls, creating meeting points for the jewellery community in Sweden as well as abroad.
The event is made in collaboration with the Swedish Arts Counsil and IASPIS. Exhibition 2 – 25 September 2022, opening 2 September from 5 pm.
